Hard Reset

1. First turn off phone by using the Power key
2. Push and hold Volume Up+ Home button and power button
3. Push  Volume (-) to select "wipe data/factory reset" and press power key
4. Push Vlum (-) to select "Yes-delete all user data"and press
5.Push the Power key to select "reboot system now"
6. Wait until the phone will restart
 

Factory Reset

 
1. Switch on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
2. Make sure Samsung S7 battery is charged completely
3. Go to Menu > Setting > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset device
4. Select Erase Everything
5.Then Samsung Galaxy S7 will complete the process
