Samsung Galaxy J500F Hard Reset

1. First turn off phone by using the Power key
2. Push and hold Volume Up+ Home button and power button
3. Push  Volume (-) to select "wipe data/factory reset" and press power key
4. Push Vlum (-) to select "Yes-delete all user data"and press
5.Push the Power key to select "reboot system now"
6. Wait until the phone will restart

Samsung Galaxy J500F Factory Reset

1. Switch on Samsung Galaxy J5-J500F 
2. Make sure Samsung  J5 battery is charged completely

3. Go to Menu > Setting > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset device
4. Select Erase Everything
5.Then Samsung Galaxy J5-J500F  will complete the process
