Hard Reset
1. First turn off phone by using the Power key
2. Connect your phone to the charger
3. Press and hold Volume Up+ Home button and power button
4. Press Volume down to select "wipe data/factory reset" and press power key
5. Press Volume down to select "Yes-delete all user data"and press
6.Press the Power key to select "reboot system now"
7. Wait until the phone will restart
Factory Reset
All your phone data (contacts,photos,videos,music,messages,aplications,games, files,) will be lost! Please make backup first if you can!
1. Switch on Samsung Galaxy (Neo Pius I9060)
2. Make sure Samsung Neo Pius I9060 battery is charged completely
3. Go to Menu > Setting > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset device
4. Select Erase Everything
5.Then Samsung Galaxy (Neo Pius I9060) will complete the process
