Hard Reset
1. First turn off phone by using the Power key
2. Press and hold Volume Up+ Home button and power button Press
3. Press Volume down to select "wipe data/factory reset" and press power key
4. Press Volume down to select "Yes-delete all user data"and press
5.Press the Power key to select "reboot system now"
6. Wait until the phone will restart
Factory Reset
All your phone data ( contacts, photos, videos,music,messages,aplications,games, files,) will be lost! Please make backup first if you can!
1. Switch on Samsung Galaxy A3 A300F
2. Make sure Samsung A3 A300F battery is charged completely
3. Go to Menu > Setting > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset device
4. Select Erase Everything
5.Then Samsung Galaxy A300F will complete the process
